There are many myths and stories about the Loyal Orange Institution in England, some of which come from our own members, much more comes from the Press and general public which is usually either malicious or a true misunderstanding depending on the source. These pages are put to gether to try and pass on the history of the Loyal Orange Institution of England by those members who have spent many months and hours of their own time researching the records from the Grand Lodge report books, which are not generally accessable to the public, or from other sources such as Hansard and other records.

These pages will continue to grow as documents are put together and the reader may be assured that anything printed here comes with a voice of authority, of research, and an aim to give a balanced view to the Orange Order in England.
